We are a team of cross-disciplinary engineers, each with more than 40 years of hands-on industry experience.

We diagnose — and, when necessary, repair — CNC systems of virtually any type directly on site: electronics, drives and amplifiers, industrial computers, HMI, PLC, DSP and NC systems, as well as power circuits, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.

To accelerate diagnostics, reduce downtime and save our customers money, we integrate AI into the process, using our own network of top-tier LLM models as advanced engineering tools.

But AI is a tool — not a source of truth.

We are experienced, competent and skeptical enough not to accept anything on blind faith: not the AI's conclusions, not the customer's "everything was fine and then suddenly..." explanation, and not even the machine builder's official recommendations. None of these, by themselves, are sufficient grounds for an engineering conclusion.

We verify facts, measurements, signals and system behavior until the actual cause of the problem is identified.

Our goal is simple: find the real fault as quickly and accurately as possible, and solve it with minimum cost and minimum downtime.
